IMIDCA/2024/19 – Development of active and smart coatings for meat products
Objective and results
The aim of the project is to research and develop an innovative packaging system for meat products that includes a solution for extending the product’s shelf life, monitored in real time and environmentally sustainable.
The project has received funding from IVACE under the ‘COOPERATIVE R&D PROJECTS (PIDCOP-CV) / COOPERATIVE R&D (PIDCOP-CV) 2024’ programme, in the form of a grant of €82,820.90. This initiative is co-financed by the European Union under the Valencian Community’s ERDF Programme 2021–2027.
The company Oscillum Biotechnology S.L. has been a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund whose objective is to achieve a more competitive business network and thanks to which it has participated in VISIT TO FAIR FTALKS FOOD SUMMIT LATAM 2023 IN MEXICO to promote its internationalization. This action took place from June 19 to 24, 2023. For this, it has had the support of the International Promotion Program of the Chamber of Commerce of Valencia.
